Return, Refund & Cancellation
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To process any return or exchange, unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
We have a 2 Days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to check and request a return.
Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A return request can only be generated if the received item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, has measurement issues, or any other kind of defect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup for the item, and it will be collected within 2-4 business days. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

📦 Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our cancellation policy to ensure transparency:
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):
You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via email or WhatsApp for cancellation.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Custom/Personalized Items:
Orders for customized or made-to-order products (like printed names or unique designs) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
4. Refund after Cancellation:
If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
