1. What is FaithRooted?
FaithRooted is a Delhi-based Christian lifestyle brand that offers print-on-demand T-shirts, framed posters, fridge magnets, and handcrafted artwork — all designed to reflect faith, creativity, and purpose. Everything we create is rooted in God’s glory.

2. How does Print-on-Demand work?
When you place an order, we print it especially for you. That means no pre-made stock, no unnecessary waste — just meaningful, made-for-you pieces.

3. How long does delivery take?
We usually take 2–3 working days to process and print your order, and 3–5 days for delivery anywhere in India.

4. Can I customize my order?
At the moment, we offer fixed faith-based designs. However, for bulk or special requests, feel free to reach out at help@faithrooted.in — we’ll try our best to make it work!

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns only in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect sizing.
⚠️ Please note: Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
